DMB Carpentry and Joinery Limited is an award-winning commercial carpentry contractor created to handle commercial contracts valued from £10,000 to £300,000. We do this by matching the requirements of the project to the skills available to us from our talented and experienced team.

We work to the same exacting standards for every contract from fitting a school with fire rated door-sets to installing a bespoke reception desk.

Every project goes through the hands of our highly qualified team of carpenters with support from the management team. This ensures that things run smoothly, on-time and on-budget.

The company was founded in 1987 and for over 38 years we have worked hard to build our reputation. We aim to ensure our clients are completely happy not only with what we do but also the way we do it.

We started with the core principles of delivering high quality plus exceptional service and those principles are as true today as they were back then. Michael Buckingham leads the business as Managing Director and has built an impressive team that DMB are proud to hold up against any other contractors in the industry.

Based in Addlestone, Surrey, we cover anywhere inside the M25, within a 5-mile radius outside the M25, the M4 corridor out to Reading and the M3 corridor out to Basingstoke.

We work predominately on contracts of a commercial nature including schools, colleges, hospitals, universities, hotels, social housing, flats, supermarkets, warehouses, retirement homes & bespoke residential properties.

We hold CHAS Advanced, Construction Line Gold, Builders Profile Community, Social Value & BM Trada Q-Mark Fire Door installation accreditation. In order to ensure we work as safely as possible, we also hold Once for All Health & Safety accreditation and liase closely with our Health & Safety Advisors, Flood Projects LLP.

We have successfully gained accreditation
for the BM Trada Q-Mark Certified
Fire Door Installer scheme.

The scheme is designed to ensure that fire doorsets are being installed correctly, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or appropriate guidelines.

Labour Hire Service

We offer small teams to a work force of 20 carpenters or more – our teams have covered small contracts such as fitting stair-treads at AFC Wimbledon to larger contracts working for several months on a luxury hotel complex in Middlesex.

Should you require Carpenters on a labour hire basis, we offer competitive rates & all our team have CSCS cards, hand tools, hand-held power tools, PPE, various qualifications & they are all monitored by our Contracts Manager to ensure that they give the client value for money in respect of punctuality, production & quality.
